CATON MANIFESTO PRESENTS DEBUT COLLECTION IN DUBAI

Caton Manifesto unveils debut season-less Ready to Wear collection with the introduction of the Manifestations of Grandeur collection which will be available by appointment only first, via the international ‘Immersion Tour’ (Leeds, London and Dubai).

Established in 2013, Caton Manifesto is a lifestyle entity created by the Designer Anthony Caton, focusing on reinterpreting and refining the essential men’s wardrobe, with functionality, modernity and manifestation at the very core.

The collection consists of cleverly constructed menswear in the way of elongated jackets, blousons, suits, trousers and smock style shirts made from cashmeres and Egyptian cottons.

Breaking down the Manifestations of Grandeur concept, Anthony explained: “The term pertains to the freedom and empowerment that I aim to instil within my protagonist (wearer). You would have heard the phrase ‘Delusions of Grandeur’. I flipped that term on it’s head to allow for a new perspective to emerge, where individuals are thinking of intentions to manifest their ideas and desires on unprecedented scales, free from fear, obstacles and procrastination.”

Promoting understanding of the inspiration behind the collection, Anthony said: “Every colour, line and dot in the collection represents a notion; Navy hues present in the collection are inspired by the changing moods and unlimited potential of the open sea. ”

The Dubai and UK based Designer, commented: “Ideas are just like waves and have as much potential as a tsunami or atomic bomb, for these reasons I pay homage to both mysterious and formidable forces of nature, with applications of blue, which feeds back to the power of ideas. Through the Caton manifesto brand, I aim to dress my wearer from the inside out”.

Caton Manifesto in Dubai: 25th -28th October.  The previews are by appointment only and appointees will be able to order  items  before the collection is released in early November.
