Dubai's entrepreneurial ecosystem continues to expand, but for many startups, freelancers and small businesses, securing a workspace is only one part of building a successful company. Professional meeting facilities, business infrastructure, brand visibility and operational support are often just as important during the early stages of growth.

To help address these challenges, Dubai-based flexible workspace provider flowork has launched a limited-time initiative contributing AED 325,000 in business support to the city's SME community.

Available across its locations in Dubai Hills Business Park and Vision Tower, Business Bay, the initiative will provide the first 50 businesses that sign with flowork before 30 July 2026 with a business support package worth AED 6,500 each.

Rather than positioning the campaign as a discount, flowork has designed the package to provide practical tools that help businesses establish themselves professionally from day one. The initiative is aimed at startups, freelancers, entrepreneurs, consultants and growing teams looking to build their presence in one of the world's most competitive business environments.

Each package combines operational services, professional facilities and brand-building support under one offering. Businesses will receive Ejari registration, six hours of meeting room access, a three-hour podcast studio session, a dedicated landline number with receptionist services, business card and email signature setup, promotion across flowork's social media channels, a stationery welcome kit, and a 60-minute strategy session with Founder &CEO Abir Moussa.

Collectively, these services are designed to help businesses present themselves professionally while reducing some of the operational barriers that many entrepreneurs face during their early stages of growth.

Speaking about the initiative, Abir Moussa, Founder of flowork, said that today's businesses require more than physical office space to succeed.

"At flowork, we believe small businesses need more than square footage. They need access, support, visibility and an environment that helps them move with confidence. This initiative was created to give entrepreneurs and growing businesses the tools to start stronger and operate more professionally in a city built for ambition."

The announcement reflects Dubai's wider ambition to strengthen its position as one of the world's leading destinations for entrepreneurship and innovation. As more professionals choose flexible working models and new businesses continue to emerge across the emirate, demand has shifted beyond traditional office space towards environments that offer community, collaboration and business enablement.

By combining workspace with practical business services, content creation facilities and strategic support, flowork's latest initiative highlights how flexible workspace providers are increasingly becoming partners in business growth rather than simply landlords.
