The Code
In the UAE, convenience has become a way of life. From transport and shopping to banking and dining, almost everything is managed through apps. But while industries evolved digitally, one space remained surprisingly traditional: personal storage.
“When I moved to Dubai, I noticed people storing belongings on balconies, in garages, and spare rooms,” says Alexander Stuart, CEO of the company redefining the industry. “I kept wondering why there wasn’t a smarter solution.”

That observation sparked the creation of a technology-first luxury storage platform designed around modern living in Dubai — where mobility, convenience, and premium service are essential.
More than just self-storage, the company offers a fully app-driven experience where customers can manage every item directly from their phone. From booking collections to viewing inventories and arranging deliveries, the entire customer journey is seamless and digital.
“Our goal wasn’t only to innovate with technology,” Stuart explains. “We wanted clients to feel their belongings were always at their fingertips.”
The service operates with a concierge-style approach. Teams collect items directly from clients’ homes — from bedrooms, kitchens, and living spaces — and when returned, place them back exactly where they belong. The company has also expanded into luxury resale, fashion preservation, furniture care, and art handling, reflecting growing consumer demand for sustainability and conscious ownership.
Trust remains central to the business. Climate-controlled facilities, specialized storage environments, and high-level security systems are designed to protect valuable collections and personal items.
In a region where many residents are constantly relocating, the company also manages international shipping, moving, unpacking, and storage solutions for clients arriving in or leaving Dubai.
At its core, the business reflects a larger shift happening across the UAE: consumers no longer just want storage — they want access, control, and convenience.
And in Dubai, even storage is becoming part of the luxury experience.
