Fouquet’s Dubai Launches the City’s First-Ever Long Table Brunch – Where Parisian Flair Meets Social Spark
It’s the end of anonymity and the rise of the social table: Fouquet’s Dubai is reimagining the city’s brunch ritual with a nouvelle twist. On Saturday, 21 June 2025, the storied French brasserie at Burj Plaza unveils its Long Table Brunch – a first-of-its-kind communal brunch concept, hosted in the intimate surrounds of the Piano Room, beneath glittering chandeliers and atop crisp linens and polished silverware.
This isn’t your usual clinking-glasses-in-a-crowded-corner affair. Instead, think forty handpicked guests, seated at a single elegant table, where the mood is more Parisian salon than Dubai mega-brunch. Here, the emphasis is on connection, conviviality, and a touch of irreverence – a brunch where “strangers become friends,” as Violetta Muradyan, Marketing and Communication Director at Fouquet’s Dubai, puts it.
“Long Table Brunch is our way of bringing people together in a fabulously French, wildly fun setting. It’s about connection, laughter, and leaving the table with more friends than you came with,” says Muradyan. “We wanted to create something both elegant and unpretentious, where the food is sublime but the memories come from the shared experience.”
The culinary offering is unmistakably French – a family-style sharing menu that plays with nostalgia and indulgence in equal measure. Expect tables laid with freshly baked gougères, tender beef bourguignon, buttery tartes fines, and chocolate profiteroles passed hand-to-hand. Brunch packages start at AED 250 for soft beverages and AED 400 for those opting for the full à la fête experience, complete with flowing house drinks.
But the plot thickens after the plates are cleared. From 3 PM to 5 PM, brunch-goers are whisked into the sultry, dimly lit world of Club Rouge – Fouquet’s not-so-secret after-hours den. For AED 200, guests can indulge in two hours of unlimited drinks, cheeky games, and immersive moments – with a complimentary welcome cocktail offered to anyone who whispers the code words CLUB ROUGE at the door.
It’s a refreshing disruption of the city’s over-the-top brunch scene – less about spectacle, more about joie de vivre. With only 40 seats available each Saturday, it feels more like an insider secret than a social obligation.
In a city that often prizes the polished over the personal, Fouquet’s Long Table Brunch offers a different kind of luxury: authentic connection, unexpected conversation, and the rare joy of breaking bread with someone you’ve just met.
